Key Position in Sustainability and Climate Change

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our efforts in Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change based in Melbourne. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the climate risk space, with a focus on helping organisations manage transition risks and disclose in line with TCFD recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality projects that help clients understand and respond to the challenges presented by the transition to a net zero world.
- Develop new client relationships and expand existing ones by delivering strategic consulting advice and quality service.
- Take an active role in developing our team leaders and setting them up for success.
- Raise the profile of our capabilities across designated key clients and identify services to meet their needs.
- Support the growth and development of our Climate Change service area in Australia and collaborate with colleagues globally.
- Drive innovation within the Climate Change service line to stay ahead of client needs and differentiate us in the market.

Requirements

- Post-graduate degree in economics, science, environmental management, engineering or related discipline.
- 12+ years' experience in sustainability, preferably with a strong history of consulting experience and a demonstrated track record in winning and delivering large climate change-related projects.
- Understanding of key technical and policy drivers for the climate risk agenda and commercial acumen to understand business risk and challenges.
