Job Title: Library Support Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Library Support Officer. This role involves working across the public library network, providing exceptional service to patrons and supporting programs for children and adults.

About the Role
  • Provide assistance to patrons in finding books and digital resources.
  • Support programs and events for children and adults, including Giggle and Wiggle and Sensory Story Time.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of library spaces.

Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Registration under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required prior to commencing this role.
