Job Title: Data Entry and Record Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Data Entry and Record Management Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for accurately entering and verifying student data in our Student Management System.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately enter student data into the Student Management System.
  • Record Verification: Verify all results and related documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Report Generation: Generate and analyze reports for results.
  • Enquiry Resolution: Assist the student support service team with assessment queries through a ticketing system.
  • Result Oversight: Oversee academic results once updated on the system.
  • Data Protection: Ensure that data is protected, classified, and indexed correctly.
  • Accessibility: Ensure that records are easily accessible when needed.
  • Unit Element Recording: Record unit elements in the student management system.
  • Internal Systems Management: Manage internal systems and maintain student records in a timely manner.
  • Academic Result Allocation: Allocate all academic results in the system once they have been verified.
  • Student Assessment Recording: Maintain records of students' assessments and file them in the student academic file.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor students' progress and identify students at risk prior to completion of their qualification.
  • Archiving: Archive students' files as per the records management policy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate and lead in continuous improvement in record management system.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
