Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and strategic professional to drive growth across our diverse customer base in Western Australia. This role is focused on supporting and expanding our existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities.

About the Role

  • Develop and grow new business opportunities across WA.
  • Support and retain existing accounts through strategic engagement and service excellence.
  • Deliver expert product knowledge and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Promote new product development (NPD) and share insights on market trends.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs using a relationship-first approach.

Key Requirements

  • A passion for interiors and design, with the ability to connect with creative professionals.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • A strategic mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (or similar CRM tools).
