Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Behaviour Support Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making behaviour support services accessible to everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive Functional Behavioural Assessments and Behaviour Analysis Support Plans that cater to individual needs

  • Provide direct behavioural interventions in one-on-one and group settings, post-assessment and diagnosis

  • Offer training, support, and clinical supervision to Behaviour Support Practitioners/Behaviour Therapists to enhance their skills

  • Utilize evidence-based theories and best practices to design and implement effective program interventions

  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Positive Behaviour Support or a related discipline

  • A minimum of three years' experience delivering positive behaviour support services, demonstrating expertise and professionalism

  • Excellent time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to create and finalise technical reports

  • Compliance checks, including background screening and relevant certifications

  • A valid driver's license
