Residential Property Management Professional

This is a full-time remote role working core business hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage tenancy documents, renewals, addendums and compliance files.
  • Process applications and references, schedule inspections and update condition reports.
  • Log, triage and track maintenance requests with trades, owners and tenants.
  • Monitor arrears and issue reminders, notes and reports to the local lead.
  • Keep the database organised with accurate notes, tasks and document links.
  • Produce weekly activity summaries and ad hoc reports as requested.

Success means being productive from day one, keeping records up-to-date and helping the team meet service standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in residential property management or administration roles, with hands-on experience with preferred software. Familiarity with WA residential processes and terminology, or proven ability to learn quickly, is essential.
