Performance Management and Investment Leader

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership in the development and implementation of innovative performance management and investment allocation strategies, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining high-level relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective outcomes;
  • Leveraging contemporary best practice approaches for the management and evaluation of public investment;
  • Providing guidance on complex performance management and investment issues;
  • Maintaining knowledge of national and international developments in strategic planning, investment allocation, and performance activities;

This role requires strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess experience in performance management and investment, with a proven track record of delivering results-oriented solutions.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, economics, public administration);
  • Significant experience in performance management and investment, preferably in a government or public sector context;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Familiarity with contemporary best practice approaches for performance management and investment.
