Job Overview

This role is a key part of our manufacturing core team, responsible for operating and maintaining equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets.

As an Operations Specialist, you will be expected to execute all standard work processes using Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Progressive Maintenance (PM) standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain at least one process or equipment following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards
  • Use technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs
  • Execute all standard work processes using AM and PM standards
  • Ensure safety processes are observed, and quality assurance activities are performed
  • Take an active role in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis and breakdown elimination

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Machine operations experience, including TPM-Total Productive Maintenance Tools
  • Safety and quality standards knowledge for operating machinery
  • Fluent reading and writing skills in English
  • Ability to collaborate well in a diverse work environment
  • Understanding of total productive maintenance tools and methodologies (an advantage)
