Customer Service Ambassador

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Ambassador for our retail store, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. If you have an interest in current fashion trends and a passion for helping customers, we invite you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and profit by ensuring achievement of all key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop a customer-centric culture that ensures each customer feels valued and supported.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand objectives.
  • Adhere to company behaviors, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience in achieving sales in a retail fashion environment.
  • A passion for the retail industry with an ambition to progress.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Ability to maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
