\Job Title: Microsoft Infrastructure & Endpoint Specialist\

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Microsoft Infrastructure and Endpoint Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, excellent people skills, and the ability to document procedures, contribute to best practice frameworks, and assist with both ticket resolution and the implementation of new Microsoft-based solutions.

  • Main Responsibilities:\
  • Document technical procedures, configurations, and processes.\
  • Provide input into developing and refining best practice standards.\
  • Assist the team with incident and service request resolution.\
  • Support the implementation of new Microsoft-based solutions.\
  • Engage with stakeholders and end-users to ensure smooth adoption of Microsoft technologies.\
  • Participate in application packaging and deployment activities.\\
  • Requirements and Qualifications:\
  • Tanium, SCCM, and Azure Update.\
  • Microsoft Intune and endpoint policy management.\
  • SSO and MFA implementation.\
  • Microsoft Purview or similar data security platforms.\
  • Solid troubleshooting and support capabilities.\
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.\
  • 4 days onsite in North Sydney.\
