This critical role ensures regulatory compliance and high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading operational workflows to guarantee regulatory compliance and quality service delivery
  2. Overseeing and optimising administrative processes, systems, and data management
  3. Monitoring regulatory requirements, tracking compliance tasks, and managing governance reporting aligned with industry standards
  4. Building strong relationships with regulatory bodies and key authorities to support operational alignment
  5. Leading and developing a high-performing team focused on continuous improvement
