Our organisation is seeking a compassionate Care Worker to join our team in North Sydney. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting older members of our community to maintain their independence and wellbeing.

  • Care Services: Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, mobility, and therapy goals.
  • Social Support: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients with complex care needs, including dementia.
  • Transportation: Assist clients with transportation to appointments and lifestyle activities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support in Ageing.
  • At least 6 months experience in a similar care work role.
  • An open Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
