About the Role

We are seeking an individual to join our team as a PIMS Graphics Officer at EBR. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of property information management systems and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Tasks

The PIMS Graphics Officer will be responsible for:

  • Editing and updating the PIMS database to maintain accurate and up-to-date information;
  • Coordinating the preparation and lodgement of property plans to the Land and Property Information NSW;
  • Providing technical assistance and support to other team members on property-related matters.
Advisory and Liaison

The PIMS Graphics Officer will work closely with clients to:

  • Discuss and advise on property-related matters, including the preparation and lodgement of property plans;
  • Provide information and feedback to clients on the status of their property-related matters.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Surveying, GIS or a related field, or demonstrated relevant experience and knowledge;
  • Strong technical skills in the use of property information and management systems, including GIS and CAD software;
  • Sound knowledge and experience in the use of property plans and titles information;
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
