Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and organized Retail Product Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing product allocation, stock replenishment, and purchase orders.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for pre-allocating new products before they arrive at the distribution centre, allocating weekly replenishment from the distribution centre to stores, and maintaining stock reorders.

They will also create and maintain purchase orders on the JD system within a specific product area, assist the merchandiser with ensuring all purchase orders are received and processed by the distribution centre, and produce price amendments as directed.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in the retail industry is essential.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of tasks and work to tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated individual who is willing to learn.
