As a Housing Development Officer, you will play a key role in delivering projects that increase access to affordable housing for Victorians.

You will work closely with project teams to achieve the government's agenda on affordable housing and provide analytical thinking to handle complex tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting project teams in delivering affordable housing projects
  • Providing analytical support to manage high levels of complexity
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing efficient project administration systems
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have experience within the construction sector and be able to conceptualise ideas into deliverables that meet business needs.

You should be proactive, self-starting and comfortable dealing with high levels of complexity.
