About the Role:
">As a key member of our Leadership Team, you will play a vital part in shaping the future of rail engineering and maintenance. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to lead, improve, and deliver a safe and reliable rail network and passenger fleet for Sydney Trains.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic direction and oversight for all aspects of rail engineering, including strategy, design, construction, and maintenance.">
- Lead and manage commercial contracts and supply chain services, focusing on supply chain performance and planning, contract management, and commercial management.">
- Develop and deliver technical assurance services to ensure safety and integrity across Sydney Trains and TfNSW.">
- Oversee large-scale maintenance, renewal, and enhancements on railway assets, including track, signals, control systems, electrical, and operational technology.">
About You:
">We are looking for an experienced executive leader with strong insight and experience within the engineering and/or maintenance fields. You should bring demonstrated leadership in a senior leadership role, preferably with a rail or engineering background. Additionally, you should possess strong communication skills, ability to articulate complex concepts, and deal with stakeholders at various levels.
