Lead Operations Manager Opportunity

Join a dynamic team as we seek a hands-on and experienced operations manager to oversee daily activities and lead a passionate team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will be results-driven, people-focused, and commercially savvy with a strong track record of leadership experience in holiday parks, hospitality, or related industries. They will possess excellent communication and team development skills, as well as financial acumen including budget management and cost controls.

About the Role

As operations manager, you will take full ownership of park operations, including leadership, guest service, compliance, and commercial performance. Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading and supporting a team across reception, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.
  2. Driving a positive, performance-focused culture.
  3. Managing the park's financial performance, P&L, and revenue opportunities.
  4. Ensuring the park is safe, clean, compliant, and welcoming.
  5. Collaborating with internal teams including revenue, HR, and marketing.
Key Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in holiday parks, hospitality, or tourism.
  • Strong people leadership and performance management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen including budget management and cost controls.
  • Great communication and team development skills.
  • Tech confidence, especially with RMS or similar systems (preferred).
