About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager to lead our data-driven initiatives across various customer projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing teams of BI professionals, working closely with clients to drive strategic decision-making through analytics and business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the BI & Analytics teams, ensuring their growth and success while delivering high-quality solutions for our customers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective BI strategies.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across customer engagements, adhering to best practices in data governance and quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to ensure BI solutions are aligned with their strategic goals.
  • Design and implement comprehensive BI solutions, delivering actionable insights that support customer decision-making.
  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for BI solutions, reports, dashboards, and data pipelines.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven insights within the organisation and our client teams.
  • Communicate complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the BI function by leveraging emerging technologies and methodologies.
Requirements
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in leading and managing a Business Intelligence or Analytics team.
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level executives across multiple clients.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical data solutions for diverse audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, and other BI/analytics platforms.
  • Solid technical foundation in data management, dashboard creation, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in data governance and data quality assurance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical and impactful solutions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline).
