The Ideal Role

As a respected Lead Educator, you will foster meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community. You will design and implement innovative early learning programs that reflect contemporary thinking and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing high-quality early learning programs that align with current early years education standards
  • Documenting and sharing with families the progress and development of their children
  • Contributing to the successful implementation and adoption of our curriculum framework

Requirements:

  • A relevant diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Prior experience working in long day-care settings
  • Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • A valid Working with Children's Check
