The Sales Enablement Specialist plays a crucial role in empowering sales teams with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:- Create tailored enablement journeys for multiple sales roles including Sales Managers.
- Develop and implement product certification programs for sales teams.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify soft and sales skills requirements and develop targeted programs.
- Design and deliver engaging systems tools and process enablement.
- Maintain accuracy and relevance of enablement content.
- Tailor internal enablement content to support channel growth agents resellers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs for enablement content.
- Identify internal experts to deliver technical training.
- Analyse enablement metrics and post-training survey data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience designing and delivering sales enablement in the technology industry particularly hardware or deep tech.
- Sales enablement certification from reputable sources is an advantage.
- Managing enablement projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Delivering training to various levels of the organization tailoring content and approach as needed.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with sales teams and deliver effective enablement materials.
