Job Title: Sales Enablement Specialist

The Sales Enablement Specialist plays a crucial role in empowering sales teams with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create tailored enablement journeys for multiple sales roles including Sales Managers.
  • Develop and implement product certification programs for sales teams.
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify soft and sales skills requirements and develop targeted programs.
  • Design and deliver engaging systems tools and process enablement.
  • Maintain accuracy and relevance of enablement content.
  • Tailor internal enablement content to support channel growth agents resellers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs for enablement content.
  • Identify internal experts to deliver technical training.
  • Analyse enablement metrics and post-training survey data to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience designing and delivering sales enablement in the technology industry particularly hardware or deep tech.
  • Sales enablement certification from reputable sources is an advantage.
  • Managing enablement projects independently with minimal supervision.
  • Delivering training to various levels of the organization tailoring content and approach as needed.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with sales teams and deliver effective enablement materials.
