About the Opportunity

  • Drive sales success by developing and implementing enablement programs that enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Design and manage training materials, including presentations, role-playing exercises, and product demos, to equip sales teams with up-to-date information about products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment and facilitate effective communication between sales, marketing, and product departments.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for sales teams to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as training completion rates, sales productivity, and deal win rates.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine sales enablement programs to optimize results.

About You

">
  • 4+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales training, with a proven track record of delivering impactful training programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence others to drive results.
  • Previous experience working in a start-up or early stage fast growth business is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or Tech business is also beneficial.
