Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced software engineer with a strong background in algorithms to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance real-time detection and tracking systems.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in algorithm development, performance tuning, and real-time data processing. They will also have experience working with GPU-based computation frameworks and software performance profiling tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop advanced real-time detection and tracking systems using multi-threading, language bindings, and GPU acceleration.
  2. Implement and assess novel tracking algorithms drawing on current academic research and internal validation.
  3. Maintain CI/CD infrastructure enforcing high code quality, runtime stability, and release integrity.
  4. Collaborate with engineers across software, embedded, and AI teams on cross-disciplinary projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering or algorithm development roles.
  • Proficiency in modern C++ with additional experience in Python or other OOP languages.
  • Experience working with GPU-based computation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with software performance profiling and code optimisation techniques.
