Job Opportunity:

Place Activation Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Place Activation Coordinator. As a key member of the Communications and Engagement team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering events and activations that make our campus a vibrant hub of creativity and connection.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate and deliver the Place Activation Strategy from idea generation through research, creative development, and project delivery.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and external networks to maximise exposure to valuable opportunities.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams including faculty members, external consultants, and agencies to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Use data-driven insights to evaluate and improve activation programs.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of projects in a supportive and dynamic team environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management experience, ideally with a track record of delivering successful and engaging events.
  • Completion of a relevant degree and/or training.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities efficiently.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to develop unique and memorable experiences.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including outside regular office hours when needed.
