Digital Activation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Activation Specialist to play a crucial role in delivering exceptional solutions for our clients.
This position is responsible for coordinating day-to-day workflow, engaging line managers when required, and ensuring no basic errors.
The successful candidate will work closely with Digital Activation Managers to implement and manage campaigns across paid search and social media platforms, primarily Google and Facebook.
- Campaign Implementation: The specialist will be responsible for the smooth delivery of campaigns within Google and Facebook ads, accurate and timely reporting, and development of clear insights and recommendations.
- Team & Communication: Developing strong working relationships with the immediate team and wider digital activation team, excellent communication skills, and close monitoring & escalation of issues in a timely manner.
- Client Management: Timely and professional client communication, punctual and attentive in all presentation environments, and taking notes and providing contact reports.
- Administration: Loading monthly budgets with accuracy and completing the monthly invoicing process by set due date.
To succeed in this role, you should have a basic understanding and working knowledge of the Australian media landscape, as well as experience across office platforms such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Apart from the standard Microsoft Office suite, proficiency in data analysis and manipulation in Excel is particularly valuable.
