The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fundraising and Marketing Manager to lead our fundraising and marketing efforts to new heights. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing initiatives that will drive sustainable growth in fundraising income, support our program expansions, and enhance donor engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and deliver an annual fundraising and marketing strategy aligned with our mission and goals.
  • Donor Experience: Enhance donor experiences through relationship-based engagement, ensuring that all supporters feel valued and connected to our cause.
  • Digital and Major Donor Growth: Expand our digital presence and major donor portfolio, focusing on social media, website management, email campaigns, and major donor cultivation.
  • Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and deliver strategic fundraising events, including new opportunities linked to our expanding programs.
  • Corporate and Community Engagement: Develop and grow relationships with businesses, community groups, and McDonald's Licensees across Central West NSW to maximise revenue and expand our reach.
  • Data and Systems Management: Implement and manage efficient systems for donor management, ensuring data-driven decision-making and timely communications with donors.
What You'll Bring
