Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multi-disciplined team to develop, plan, and deliver impactful communications, marketing, and engagement initiatives to promote the City's programs and services.
  • Create an empowering work environment for the team, promoting a positive image of the City through exceptional communications and marketing initiatives.
  • Drive effective community engagement, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and lead the implementation of new and improved business processes within the team.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies that leverage data and insights to inform and evaluate targeted communication, engagement, and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
  • Extensive experience in leading a multidisciplinary team within the community engagement, corporate communications, brand, or marketing fields.
  • Experience in communication strategy development, data analysis, and evaluation.
