About the Role

EAL Learning Support Officers play a vital role in helping students with diverse needs reach their full potential. At Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs, we are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Learning Area Leader EAL and the Learning Diversity Leader to develop and implement tailored support plans for students with English as an Additional Language.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide academic and social support to students with EAL needs
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Assist with classroom activities and lessons to support student engagement
  • Communicate with parents and carers to keep them informed of student progress
