Poultry Operations Coordinator

As a key support staff member, this Poultry Administration role involves delivering high-quality administrative assistance to our poultry team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support including calendar management, scheduling, travel, and task coordination.
- Act as the first point of contact for the Poultry Manager with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including agendas and minutes.
- Assist with poultry bird movements, ensuring compliance with biosecurity and welfare standards.
- Support the review and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- 3–5 years' experience in an administrative or coordination role (agriculture background desirable).
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
