Administrative Support for Poultry Operations

Our team seeks a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill the role of Administrative Support for Poultry Operations. This position plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless operations by coordinating daily tasks, managing confidential documents, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support including calendar management, scheduling, travel, and task coordination.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Poultry Manager with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including agendas and minutes.
  • Assist with poultry bird movements, ensuring compliance with biosecurity and welfare standards.
  • Support the review and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years' experience in an administrative or coordination role (agriculture background desirable).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
