About the opportunity
As a Milk Production Operator, you will be working in our powder team. You will operate, monitor and clean complex process and packing machinery to ensure product specifications are met according to customer requirements. You will also record key product and process information in our database and perform basic maintenance checks.

This is a dynamic role with a balanced 4-on, 4-off rotating roster offering plenty of time for personal activities outside of work. You will work 12-hour shifts with four-day shifts starting at 6am and four days off followed by four-night shifts beginning at 6pm. This provides variety and flexibility in your schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate, monitor and clean complex process and packing machinery.
  • Ensure product specifications are met according to customer requirements.
  • Record key product and process information in our database.
  • Perform basic maintenance checks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a switched-on and self-motivated individual with a strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work well within a team. High regard for health and safety is essential for success in this role. A good understanding and commitment to manufacturing best practice and HACCP principles will also be beneficial.

  • Proven experience in food production or manufacturing.
  • Strong computer skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • AQF Level 1 Certificate in Food Processing or equivalent.
  • Advanced numeracy and digital literacy.
  • Forklift licence and driving experience.
