Job Overview

We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our production team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the intake, processing, packing, transport and storage of various crops including peas, beans, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, onions and brussel sprouts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspecting incoming raw materials
  • Operating fixed plant processing and high-speed packaging equipment safely
  • Cleaning and sanitizing production lines
  • Completing daily shift logs and system entries accurately
  • Maintaining adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and food safety standards
  • Contribution to continuous improvement processes
  • Working within an active manufacturing environment
  • Safely transporting finished goods between production areas
  • Utilizing fork-mounted RF systems and radio communications
  • Operational tasks within cold store and freezer environments
  • Performing pre-start checks on forklift equipment
  • Refueling gas-powered forklifts and replacing spent batteries for electric forklifts
