About the Role

This rewarding position within a positive, strengths-based, and person-centred service will see you support individuals living with a disability to reach their potential and achieve their goals.

  • Casual positions are available across Supported Independent Living (rotating rosters including some overnight and weekend work)
  • Part-time position available (40 hours per fortnight) in Community Supports (hours between 6:00am-8:00pm)
What We're Looking For

You will support household activities, medical and health needs, attending community events/activities, personal care, meal management, transport, communication, and managing emotions and behaviours.

About You

We're looking for someone who is open to having conversations, a good listener, and able to show initiative and think outside the box. You will also be responsible for empowering participants to achieve their goals, and completing a pre-employment medical, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, First Aid, and having a valid driver's licence.
