We're seeking a skilled Senior Associate / Special Counsel to join our Sensitive Claims team due to continued growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with our partners, receiving ongoing mentorship and support, and to manage your own files.

Our team represents health providers and facilities in NSW, offering legal advice on a broad range of matters, from straightforward to highly contentious, including nervous shock claims, breaches of consumer laws, and actions against healthcare practitioners and facilities, as well as historical abuse claims in an institutional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of claims, providing clear advice within deadlines and understanding how to manage competing priorities.
  • Provide legal advice on defendant case matters.
  • Contribute to the firm's corporate social responsibility activities through our pro-bono program.
