Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Site Manager/Senior Site Manager.

  • Deliver Construction Management Plans and Programs for new and upcoming projects.
  • Maintain and manage ISO accreditation requirements, ensuring OH&S, Environmental and Quality systems and controls are in place.
  • Chair weekly trade coordination meetings and maintain open communication with key trades.
  • Review and provide input to project design, coordinate across disciplines and contractors, and engage with key project stakeholders constructively.

Requirements:

Over 5 years' experience in the same or similar role, delivering residential and other projects valued between $25m to $50m. Experience using systems and platforms to assist in project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Engage with and manage internal and external stakeholders effectively, communicate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and the project team, and demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving project milestones and metrics.
