Logistics Operations Manager

This role requires someone who can scale last mile delivery for a growing business. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-stop home delivery logistics, skilled in problem solving, process design, and data analysis.

The Logistics Operations Manager will be responsible for developing strategies to scale last mile delivery across multiple cities in Australia. This includes optimizing logistics workflows for scalability, efficiency, and cost control.

The successful candidate will manage, train, and support delivery drivers, holding them accountable to performance standards. They will also plan and oversee warehouse & inventory to ensure demand is met without inefficiency.

The role requires the ability to build and document processes that are repeatable, simple, and scalable. Tracking and analysing operational data to inform improvements is also crucial.

A strong understanding of digital tools such as spreadsheets, order/inventory systems, and automation is required. Confidence in improving team efficiency while maintaining a positive culture is also essential.
