Financial Analyst – Mergers and Acquisitions

We are seeking a highly skilled financial analyst to support the execution of significant deals across aged care facilities, retirement villages, and related property assets.

  • Analyzing and modeling financial data for Aged Care & Retirement Living portfolios
  • Supporting sales teams with pricing insights and attending client meetings
  • Preparing marketing reports and investor-grade information memoranda
  • Coodinating due diligence through virtual data rooms
  • Conducting site inspections and assisting in portfolio valuations
  • Maintaining CRM and internal sales databases

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years' experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance, strong financial literacy, proficiency in Excel, Word, and data platforms, exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, interest or experience in M&A, transactions, or sales advisory, and a team-oriented mindset.
