AppBank Technical Operations Specialist

As a key member of the Technology Division’s Run-The-Bank production management organization, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business application of cutting-edge systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve application issues with the team to ensure seamless operation
- Identify defects and discrepancies through code debugging or log analysis to improve application stability
- Manage incidents and communicate effectively with users, application owners, and senior stakeholders
- Improve application performance by observing patterns and recurring failures
- Adopt tools to automate failures and notify discrepancies in production health
- Challenge existing application setup and suggest improvements
- Participate in Change Management process to manage risk in production environment
- Develop reports to track and manage application health and support service performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5 years of software development experience
- Problem-solving skills in development or production environment
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in one of the following programming languages: Java, C, C++, VB, .NET, ASP, or Angular
- Experience with RDBMS environments: Sybase ASE/IQ, Oracle, or DB2
