Premium and Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support general premium administrative duties, utilizing Worksafe and Gallagher Bassett systems, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and having experience in premium and/or debt collection administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting general premium administrative duties such as generating letters and formal correspondence
- Accurately recording information and documentation relating to Employer's Insurance Premiums
- Utilizing Worksafe and Gallagher Bassett systems and programs for records keeping, file notes, and contact notes
We are looking for an individual with:
- Experience within a role focused on premium and/or debt collection
- Dedication to customer service, particularly phone-based service
- High attention to detail and mathematical skills
- Great communication skills
- PC literacy and administration/Microsoft Office experience
