About the Role

The Materials Solutions Sales Support Manager will play a critical role in driving the success of our inside equipment sales team across Materials Solutions (MS). As a seasoned professional, you will bring your expertise in equipment sales operations and technical support to this challenging and rewarding position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the day-to-day activities of the inside equipment sales team, ensuring seamless execution of sales logistics and customer service.
  2. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of equipment ordering and sales operations.
  3. Provide expert technical support and plant optimization services to clients, utilizing Aggflow software and 2D modeling to design and optimize plant configurations.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and manage detailed quotations, negotiate with factories, and oversee Purchase Order (PO) details.
  5. Ensure timely and transparent communication with stakeholders regarding project statuses and timelines.
  6. Drive the development of cost-effective plant setups tailored to client needs, estimating plant build flows, layouts, and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in equipment sales operations or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Aggflow software and 2D modeling.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
