Join us in providing high-quality healthcare services as a Locum General Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a solo practice setting, providing care to patients with various medical conditions.
Main Responsibilities:- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions
- Conduct patient consultations for acute and chronic illnesses
- Perform routine health checks and screenings (e.g., blood pressure, diabetes, skin checks)
- Prescribe medications and provide treatment plans
- Manage chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
- Provide preventative care such as vaccinations and lifestyle advice
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary
- MBBS, FRACGP qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to diagnose and manage a broad range of conditions
- Knowledge of prescribing medications and treatment guidelines
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and practice software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with nurses and allied health professionals
