We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Clinical Case Manager to join our team at Brightvision Capital Partners, LLC. In this role, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans, promoting their return to health and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop tailored rehabilitation plans;
  • Collaborate with medical professionals, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery;
  • Provide education and training on workplace injury prevention and management;
  • Monitor client progress and adjust rehabilitation plans as needed;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, employers, and referral sources.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences, or Rehabilitation Counselling;
  • General or Provisional registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist or eligibility for Full membership with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC);
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry highly regarded;
  • Fabulous communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups;
  • Compassion, kindness, and empathy essential for building trust with clients and stakeholders.
