Supporting Families Through Culturally Sensitive Care

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander children and young people aged 0-18 years with moderate to high level of support needs.
- Provide flexible, individualized support to carers to ensure placement stability for children and young people.
- Develop and implement activity plans tailored to meet the support needs of carers.
- Cultivate strong relationships with families, external agencies, and internal teams to drive positive outcomes for clients.
Qualifications in psychology, social work, community services, youth work, early childhood, or related field required.
- Experience working with Indigenous communities, particularly in child protection and family/kinship care.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Able to effectively navigate culturally competent contexts and align with our organization's values and mission.
