About the Role

Catholic Education Rockhampton is seeking a skilled Instrumental Music Tutor to join our team. As a Strings Instrumental Music Tutor, you will be responsible for facilitating instrumental music lessons for students at Catholic Secondary Colleges and Primary Schools in North and South Rockhampton.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality instrumental music lessons to students in Strings
  • Assist with timetabling for instrumental music lessons
  • Monitor student attendance and notify parents of irregular attendance
  • Support the distribution of information forms for the Instrumental Music Program
  • Communicate with the Director of Instrumental Music
  • Liaise with parents regarding student progress
  • Report on student progress each semester
  • Manage accurate records for accounts purposes
  • Ensure clear communication with Ensemble Directors
  • Assist with Ensemble Program activities

About You

We are looking for an experienced Instrumental Music Tutor with a strong understanding of Catholic Education principles. You will have excellent time management skills, well-developed interpersonal skills, and high proficiency in computer skills.
