Store Manager - Glenorchy

This is a key leadership position in our retail store, responsible for driving sales and profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.

**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Glenorchy store team. As a Store Manager, you will be accountable for the overall performance of the store, including sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Your primary focus will be on leading and developing a high-performing team, embedding operational excellence, and ensuring an inspiring customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Embed operational excellence through efficient processes and visual merchandising
  • Delve excellent customer service experiences every day
  • Manage the financial performance of the store, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Bld and support the volunteer workforce and engage with the local community
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in retail or a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • A strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales growth
  • Technical skills and experience using Workday HCM system highly regarded
