Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Store Team Leader to join our team in Kingston. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and drive store performance through sales, profit, and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management and people leadership, with a strong focus on delivering customer and service excellence. They will be results-oriented, passionate, and energetic, with excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.

The successful candidate will lead and develop the frontline team, ensuring great service and presentation that drives store performance. They will be responsible for driving customer engagement, managing and overseeing training and development, maintaining stock availability, and ensuring the health and safety of all team members and customers.
