Role Summary:
This is a key position for a technical specialist who can oversee the lifecycle of software ensuring security and reliability across all devices.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain configurations and policies via Intune and Microsoft Endpoint for seamless system operations.
- Manage software packaging, deployment and licensing compliance to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Ensure patching, version control and system updates are implemented to maintain a secure environment.
- Plan hardware and OS upgrades with minimal disruption to business continuity.
- Collaborate with vendors for issue resolution and technical support to drive efficiency.
- Manage software licenses, toolsets and assets to optimize costs and improve ROI.
Key Requirements:
This role requires an experienced professional with strong expertise in Microsoft Endpoint, Intune and Active Directory. Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, VBScript, Batch) for automation and system configuration is essential. Experience with large-scale software deployments and enterprise configurations is also required.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and documentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proactive problem solving and a commitment to cybersecurity safety and compliance are also essential.
