The role of HR Business Partner plays a vital part in the senior leadership teams for Commercial businesses across Australia and New Zealand.

As a trusted advisor to Directors, you will be accountable for developing and executing the functional people strategy in the business and championing the overall Campari ANZ people strategy.

Key responsibilities include talent management, leadership development, building high-performing leadership teams, driving commercial performance, and enhancing capability.

You will also leverage regional Centres of Excellence (CoE) to ensure our People cyclical activities are well-led throughout your business.

This position does not have direct reports but will coach our HR Advisor.

You will work closely with the HR Director and CoE Leads to connect functional Commercial Strategy with enterprise-wide People priorities, providing input and business context into strategic HR initiatives.

Partnership will involve collaborating proactively with functional leadership teams to identify organizational, talent, culture, or engagement opportunities, conducting assessments and developing sound, business-oriented solutions.

Organizational design needs and related change management support will be driven and executed by you.

Learning and development initiatives will be delivered in coordination with the Campari University team and regional CoE.

Customized training will be designed, developed, and facilitated as needed to close capability gaps.

Strategic delivery and HR operations will be balanced, with flexibility to roll up sleeves and support the team as needed.

Key relationships include ANZ HR, Regional Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Reward teams, ANZ Legal Counsel, Regional HR, Global/Regional HR Business Partners, and key members of Australian and New Zealand Leadership teams, Recruitment partners, Prospective employees, Employment Law Practitioners, and Vendors.
