Job Overview

Becoming a key player in luxury property management, you will support short-term lettings and work closely with colleagues to provide exceptional experiences for residents and guests.

We seek a highly organised and operations-focused professional who will oversee day-to-day tasks, ensure properties are well-maintained, and coordinate bookings and guest services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Guest Services to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Overseeing operational aspects of short-term lettings.
  • Coordinating bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Liaising with contractors and service providers.
  • Assisting in property inspections and reporting maintenance requirements.
  • Managing tenant and guest inquiries.
  • Ensuring all operations align with luxury service standards.
