Job Overview

This role is a pivotal part of our team, responsible for driving national growth and securing major projects in key infrastructure sectors.


The Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies across rail, transport, energy, and urban development sectors.
  • Lead major bids, expressions of interest, and proposals with internal technical teams to secure landmark national projects.
  • Build and manage relationships with government agencies, contractors, and consultants to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Collaborate with global design hubs to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for clients.
  • Represent the organization at industry forums and events to promote expertise and build thought leadership.
  • Mentor junior business development team members to foster a high-performance culture.

Key Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in business development within engineering or infrastructure consulting.
  • Proven success in winning large-scale projects in rail, transport, energy, or urban development.
  • Strong understanding of Australian procurement and tendering processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
