Job Title: Service Integration Lead

About the Role:

This is a newly created, pivotal leadership opportunity to join our services team as a Service Integration Lead.

We are seeking a strategic thinker with a heart for community who thrives in leadership roles where their ability to inspire teams, build partnerships, and deliver meaningful outcomes truly makes a difference.

The successful candidate will champion integrated, person-centred services and embed trauma-informed, culturally safe practices while driving innovation and inclusion through our programs.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure services are inclusive, responsive, and connected to the community's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and embed community development strategies that strengthen local capacity, build collaborative partnerships, and ensure our services are responsive, inclusive, and connected to the community's unique needs.
  • Champion integrated, person-centred services and embed trauma-informed, culturally safe practices while driving innovation and inclusion through our programs.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a social science or related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working within our local community in at least one of the Caring, Mental Health, Community, Disability, or Health Sciences sectors.
  • A minimum of 2 years' leadership experience.
